Job summary

GLBHC Center is seeking a qualified Center Manager to supervise clinical and front desk staff, coordinate patient flow, and ensure high-quality care across Michigan sites. Certification as CMA or RMA and 3+ years of supervisory experience are required, with a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, quality improvements, inventory management, and collaboration with medical education partners.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical assistant program required.
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting.
• Associate's degree in healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and coordination across clinical and front desk staff.
• Coordinate patient care and scheduling between patients and providers.
• Manage monthly staff schedules and communicate staffing changes.
• Procurement and inventory management of medical supplies.
• Ensure accurate medical records and regulatory documentation.
• Provide training on systems and clinical workflows.
• Attend department meetings and support center operations.
