Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years in the clinical research industry with 3+ years of direct budget negotiation experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience using Smartsheet and Power BI for data reporting.
• On-site presence required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of clinical trial site budgets.
• Negotiate budgets and contract terms with sites; liaise with Legal.
• Perform internal QC of site budgets and payments.
• Generate site payment reports and manage accruals.
