Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Manager, Clinical Budgets and Contracts to oversee the financial oversight of Axsome-sponsored trials.

You will develop and negotiate site budgets, support accruals, site payments, and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance, Legal and Clinical teams. This on-site role requires a three-day-per-week presence at our HQ in New York City and focuses on budgeting, vendor negotiations, and CMS reporting to ensure timely and accurate

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• At least 5 years of experience in the clinical research industry, including at least 3 years of direct budget negotiation experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets and build reports in Excel; experience with Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of clinical trial site budgets with study teams.
• Build and QC site budget templates in the payment system.
• Negotiate site budgets and terms; liaise with Legal on contracts as needed.
• Perform internal QC of finalized site budgets.
• Lead vendor budget and contract negotiations for assigned trials.
• Act as Site Payment Lead for assigned trials and manage invoicing approvals.
