Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager/Senior Clinical Trial Manager to serve as the primary operational lead for a study and lead cross-functional teams for execution.

This on-site role requires three days per week in our New York City HQ and focuses on delivering milestones on time and in compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of clinical research experience for CTM and 7+ years for Senior CTM, with preference for small company experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference to candidates with a scientific background.
• At least 5 years clinical research experience for Clinical Trial Manager level.
• At least 7 years clinical research experience for Senior Clinical Trial Manager level.
• On-site work required: candidates must be able to be on site Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational aspects and progress of the clinical trial, including planning, execution, and tracking performance metrics.
• Serve as escalation point and resource for the study team and sites.
• Facilitate site feasibility and oversee site selection processes.
• Oversee recruitment/retention strategy and related initiatives.
• Develop and review essential study documents and training materials.
• Provide oversight of data management and risk management activities.
• Lead the monitoring team to meet timelines and milestones.
• Manage vendor selection, budgets, and vendor/SIV/SEV activities.
• Ensure GCP compliance and audit readiness throughout trial conduct.
