Job summary

UofL Health in Louisville, KY seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide direct clinical services to adults and families, including group, family, and individual therapy, discharge planning, and coordination with community agencies. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

The role requires a Master's in behavioral health, KY licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LCADC), BLS, CPI training, and 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health or human services related field (required).
• Two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health or human service setting (preferred).
• Current independent licensure as LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LCADC in KY (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Ability to complete CPI training and perform CPI techniques (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and case management services including group, family, and individual therapy.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary treatment team to develop care and discharge plans.
• Document care plan goals, objectives, and intervention strategies.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security requirements and accurate clinical documentation.
• Adhere to professional development and CEU requirements.
