Job summary

UofL Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide direct clinical services to child through geriatric patients, including group, family and individual therapy, discharge planning and aftercare coordination.

Under supervision, you will document care plans, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team. Requires LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LCADC in KY, BLS, CPI training, and proficiency with CBT and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required).
• Current independent licensure in KY as LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LCADC (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) accreditation (required).
• CPI training and ability to perform CPI techniques (required).

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic and case management services to patients and families.
• Performs screening and assessment to develop care and discharge plans.
• Documents care plans and communicates with physicians and treatment team.
• Delivers interventions such as family, group, or individual therapy as certified.
