Job summary

YAI in the United States is seeking a clinical team leader to identify habilitative, behavioral, and psychiatric needs through assessments and life plans. You will work with individuals and their circles of support to ensure multidisciplinary teams are aligned.

The role involves conducting FBAs, analyzing data, and developing individualized behavior support plans using evidence-based interventions. Travel across assigned regions and staff training are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or treatment field and training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with related master’s degree.
• Current NYSED license as Mental Health Counselor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify habilitative, behavioral, and psychiatric needs using person-centered tools.
• Conduct behavioral and habilitative assessments, including FBAs and data collection.
• Develop written individualized behavior support plans with evidence-based interventions.
• Provide training to direct care staff using the EMOE model and ensure proper implementation.
• Oversee data collection, documentation, and monthly progress reporting.
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings and participate in case reviews.
