Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and BCBA credential.
• Minimum 1 year designing/implementing behavior analysis services.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and accept feedback.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged.
• Availability Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–6:30 PM.
• TB test required.
• Criminal history background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of behavior technicians delivering 1:1 support to clients from 2 to 40+ years.
• Conduct in-person supervision with families; telehealth as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers; provide guidance and training.
• Assist in report writing and ensure documentation meets funding requirements.
