CARD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical treatment for patients across care settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. The role involves developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.

The position is full-time, salaried, with onsite, hybrid, and remote opportunities in California. A BCBA certification and ASD experience are required, along with a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field) is required.
• BCBA certification is required to practice.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and supervise adherence.
• Provide coaching and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and communicate progress to stakeholders.
