The HealthCare Connection Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor in Ohio to lead and support Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, and other clinical staff.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes staff development, patient safety, and high-quality care within a collaborative care team. You will work closely with providers and clinical leadership to maintain a safe clinical environment, oversee scheduling and triage, and contribute to quality-improvement initiatives while providing

Qualifikationen

• Active RN licensure in Ohio.
• Associate degree in nursing.
• Five years of clinical experience, with at least two in a leadership capacity.

• Lead and develop clinical staff through coaching, feedback, training, competency assessment, and ongoing performance support.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence in clinical areas, reinforcing best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and daily assignments to ensure appropriate patient care coverage.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for nursing practice questions, triage, and patient care concerns.
• Promote safe, consistent practice through adherence to protocols and infection-control standards.
• Collaborate with providers and leaders to strengthen workflows and patient safety.
• Support orientation, onboarding, continuing education, and competency development for staff.
• Provide limited direct patient care within RN scope, including triage and patient education.
