Job summary

Eko Health, a leader in AI-enabled cardiac and pulmonary care, seeks a Lead Product Manager, Clinical AI, to own the FDA-cleared cardio-acoustic AI product. You will set strategy across diseases, partner with Data Science and Regulatory, and translate research into clinician-ready products that improve exam speed and accuracy.

This senior, physician-facing role demands exceptional cross-functional leadership and a passion for clinical value and craft, not just algorithms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science or related field; advanced or clinical degree preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience or staff-level clinical impact.
• Deep experience in clinical domain — cardiology and/or pulmonary preferred.
• FDA-regulated / SaMD experience from concept to launch.
• Experience partnering with data science on AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and point-of-care decisions.
• Executive-level communication and physician-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for your area.
• Work with clinicians to drive real workflows into the product backlog.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build and refine the product.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch to iteration.
• Partner with Data Science, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Shape algorithm development and clinical governance of outputs.
• Be the face to KOLs and physicians to earn trust and adoption.
