Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Athletic Trainer License required.
• Degree from an accredited Athletic Training Education Program.
• 2+ years in a healthcare setting with sports injuries experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: perform evaluations and build rapport with patients.
• Oversee Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and PPT testing.
• Develop and monitor patient-specific rehab programs and progressions.
• Utilize high-tech modalities and equipment to aid rehab.
• Coordinate with surgeons and MDs to streamline care plans.
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives.
