Alliance Orthopedics, Union, NJ, is seeking a licensed Athletic Trainer to join our premier sports medicine team. This full-time, on-site role offers a dynamic clinic environment and collaboration with physical therapists, chiropractors, MDs, and surgeons to optimize patient outcomes.

The position emphasizes performance, injury prevention, and helping patients return to activities they love, with ongoing training and a supportive, high-energy culture.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Athletic Trainer license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited AT program.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare with sports injuries.
• Excellent interpersonal and compassionate patient care skills.
• Understanding of therapeutic treatments and rehab techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one patient care and build rapport with patients to understand goals.
• Oversee Physical Performance Testing (PPT) and FMS when evaluating functional performance.
• Develop and monitor patient-specific rehab programs and progressions/regressions.
• Utilize high-tech modalities such as Alter‑G, DRX‑9000, Normatec, Game Ready, Litecure Laser.
• Collaborate with surgeons and medical doctors to coordinate care plans.
• Engage in community events and company initiatives to promote wellness.
