Alliance Orthopedics in Old Bridge, NJ is seeking a Clinical Athletic Trainer to join our elite sports medicine team. You will provide direct patient care, perform advanced testing, design rehab programs, and collaborate with surgeons and therapists in a high-energy clinical setting.

Requirements include NJ AT license, degree from an AT program, and 2+ years in a healthcare setting. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive mentorship culture in a single-location practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed New Jersey Athletic Trainer with valid license.
• Degree from an accredited Athletic Training Education Program.
• 2+ years in a healthcare setting with sports-related injuries experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: one-on-one evaluations and rapport building.
• Advanced Testing: PPT, FMS, and strength testing.
• Exercise Prescription: rehab programs and progressions.
• High-Tech Modalities: Alter-G, DRX-9000, Normatec, Game Ready, Litecure.
• Interdisciplinary Liaison: coordinate with surgeons and doctors.
• Community Engagement: participate in events and initiatives.
