Alliance Orthopedics in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Clinical Athletic Trainer to join our elite sports medicine team. You will provide on-site care in a fast-paced clinic and help patients return to activity.

You’ll perform evaluations, design rehab plans, manage advanced modalities, and collaborate with surgeons and physicians to coordinate care. A NJ AT license and 2+ years of healthcare experience are preferred. Full-time, on-site position with a premier multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Valid New Jersey Athletic Trainer License.
• Degree from an accredited Athletic Training Education Program.
• 2+ years in a healthcare setting with sports injuries.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of therapeutic treatments, manual massage, and rehab techniques.
• Articulate team player with energy and willingness to challenge themselves.

Responsabilidades

• Direct patient care with evaluations and rapport building.
• Oversee testing such as PPT and FMS; manage strength testing.
• Develop rehab programs and monitor progressions/regressions.
• Utilize high-tech modalities and equipment in treatment.
• Collaborate with surgeons and physicians to streamline care plans.
• Participate in marketing events and community initiatives.
