Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a licensed Clinical Athletic Trainer to join our high-energy sports medicine team in Old Bridge, NJ. You’ll deliver direct patient care, perform functional testing, and collaborate with surgeons, therapists and physicians to optimize recovery.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Athletic Trainer license required.
• Degree from an accredited Athletic Training Education Program.
• 2+ years in a healthcare setting with sports injuries.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
• Understanding of therapeutic treatments and exercise prescription.
• Articulate team player with energy and drive.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: conduct evaluations and build rapport with patients to understand goals.
• Advanced Testing: oversee PPT, FMS, and computer-recorded strength testing.
• Exercise Prescription: develop rehab programs and monitor progressions/regressions.
• High-Tech Modalities: utilize Alter-G, DRX-9000, Normatec, Game Ready, Litecure Laser.
• Interdisciplinary Liaison: communicate with surgeons and doctors to streamline care.
• Community Engagement: participate in marketing events and initiatives.
