BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Clinical Associate for the Washington Township, NJ area. This role offers a daytime schedule, office and field-based responsibilities, and a salary around $90,000 per year.

You will supervise field staff, review documentation, and help develop a small client caseload while coordinating services to ensure safe, high-quality home health care for adults in South Jersey. Strong RN credentials and leadership potential are essential.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Schedule: Full-time, exempt | Monday-Friday | Daytime schedule with flexibility based on client and team needs | Office and field-based responsibilities, including client and staff visits

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Clinical Associate for our Washington Township (WT) Adult Nursing office in Sewell, NJ. This role supports adult clients receiving care in their homes throughout the local South Jersey community.

The Clinical Associate is an important member of the office’s clinical leadership team. You will work closely with Clinical Managers and office leadership to support safe, reliable, high-quality care while developing your own clinical leadership skills and field caseload.

This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, organized RN who enjoys mentoring field employees, collaborating with clients and families, reviewing clinical documentation, and building a meaningful career in home health care.

What you’ll do

• Conduct field employee supervision and provide coaching, support, and feedback
• Review field employee documentation for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and alignment with client needs
• Participate in client chart review and clinical quality activities
• Work with Clinical Managers to begin developing and managing a small caseload of home health clients
• Support client assessments, supervisory visits, care plan review, and coordination of services
• Partner with clients, families, physicians, Clinical Managers, and field employees to promote safe, individualized care
• Serve as a clinical resource for field employees and help address changes in client condition or service needs
• Participate in orientation, onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing development of field staff
• Support quality assurance, performance improvement, incident follow-up, and compliance activities
• Help ensure adherence to BAYADA policies, clinical standards, documentation requirements, and applicable regulations
• Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and office initiatives
• Communicate client and field employee needs clearly and promptly to the appropriate office leaders
• Support service continuity, client satisfaction, and reliable care delivery
• Contribute to the growth and development of the office and the broader clinical team

What you bring

Required

• Current, active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Clinical nursing experience and strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide clinical support and direction to field employees
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skillsComfort working with electronic documentation and basic computer systems
• Ability to travel locally for client assessments, supervisory visits, staff support, and office activities
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered home health care

Preferred

• Home health, private duty, community-based, or other home care experience
• Experience with field employee supervision, client chart review, care planning, or clinical documentation review
• Prior experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, mentor, team lead, or clinical supervisor
• BSN or other advanced nursing education
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) or a similar electronic medical record system
• Interest in growing into future clinical leadership opportunities
