BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Clinical Manager for our Essex County Visits office. This role leads a team of clinicians delivering home health care, reviews documentation for accuracy and compliance, and guides field nurses to maintain excellence in patient care.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff development, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care for clients in Essex County. Full-time, day hours with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Home health experience strongly preferred.
• OASIS and Medicare documentation knowledge preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for supporting clients and developing clinical teams in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of clinicians delivering high-quality home health care
• Review OASIS documentation, clinical notes, care plans, and other documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Help ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and BAYADA policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and field support visits throughout Essex County
• Provide real-time clinical guidance and support to nurses in the field
• Lead or participate in case conferences and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes
• Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development for newly hired clinicians
• Complete skills validations, competency assessments, and performance coaching for new and tenured team members
• Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, continuity of care, and overall clinical excellence

Salary: $100,000–$108,000 annually with potential KPI bonus

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our Essex County Visits (ECV) office. This office provides best-in-class care to clients and families throughout Essex County.
