Job summary

National MRI Scan Ltd (Scan.com) is seeking a Clinical Associate to ensure the accuracy of patient and customer data and to respond to client inquiries, while working onsite in Atlanta.

You will collaborate with radiology groups and multiple departments to manage requests and elevate report priorities, helping a growing digital health scale-up succeed.

The role requires strong knowledge of medical imaging workflows and HIPAA compliance, with proficiency in Excel being a bonus for data handling.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures and workflows.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive data.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with clients.
