Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a Clinical Applications Associate to uphold data quality across patient and client information. You’ll cross-reference records to ensure accuracy and respond to clients with timely updates, reporting to a senior team member.

You’ll work across departments to verify imaging matches appointments, maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows, and communicate clearly with radiology groups and customers. The role offers growth as the company scales and emphasizes AI-aware practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Cross-reference patient and customer data to verify systems.
  • Respond to clients with ongoing updates.
  • Ensure imaging and reports match appointments in the database.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy bar on information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to manage requests and provide written updates.
  • Update clients on patient records status via email, with occasional calls.
  • Communicate with Radiology groups to escalate to STAT priority or clarify details.
  • Troubleshoot and triage technical issues.
  • Respond to key client inquiries.
  • Work with HIPAA-compliant data handling.
