Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a Clinical Applications Associate to help uphold the accuracy of patient and imaging data across our platform. You will cross-reference records, confirm appointment details, and respond to clients to keep them informed.

You’ll report to a senior teammate who is expanding reporting and client services. In this fast-growing health-tech scale-up, you will collaborate with radiology, operations, and support teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures and workflow.
  • A team-first mindset and collaboration across roles.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Good work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication to collaborate with clients.
  • Knowledge of radiology workflows and technical concepts.
  • Resilience and willingness to improve with feedback.
  • Familiarity with Excel features like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-reference patient and imaging data for accuracy.
  • Respond to clients with clear, concise updates.
  • Maintain 100% data quality and accuracy in communications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage requests.
  • Update clients on patient record status via email; phone when needed.
  • Communicate with Radiology groups to escalate as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and triage technical issues to the right team.
  • Handle sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA.
