Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Seattle seeks a Clinical Assistant to support autism and child development programs. You’ll work with children through play, movement, reading and hands-on activities, building warm, trusting relationships with families and a supportive team.

Role includes completing the 40-hour RBT training, ongoing mentorship, and exposure to ESDM and PRT approaches in a supervised clinic. We offer paid training, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and predictable schedules to help

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• RBT training completion is preferred for the role.
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work is highly desirable.
• A playful, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting young children.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic where every child can feel comfortable learning.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Model the use of child-centered, relationship-based practices.
• Complete the required 40-hour RBT training and pursue ongoing mentorship.
