Aria Alessia Kids Center in Tacoma, Washington is seeking a Clinical Assistant (Bilingual) to support children with autism through play-based, evidence-informed practices.

You will work alongside experienced clinicians, complete the 40-hour RBT training, and help children learn through activities while building trusting relationships with families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (preferred).
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring or volunteer work.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized and safe clinic environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
• Model child-centered, relationship-based practices.
• Complete the required 40-hour RBT training and continue developing clinical skills.
