Aria Alessia Kids Center in Tacoma, WA, is hiring a Clinical Associate I to work with children using play-based, evidence-supported ABA approaches. You will engage kids in activities, build trusting relationships with families, and support ongoing therapy sessions under mentorship.

You will complete a 40-hour RBT training and grow clinical skills through hands-on practice with a compassionate team. This role offers growth and structured supervision in a pediatric clinic setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree or currently enrolled in a similar program.
• Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training encouraged.
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work.
