Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Vancouver, WA seeks a Clinical Associate II to support autism and child development through evidence-based, play-based ABA. The role centers on building relationships with children and families, guiding learning moments, and staying engaged during therapy sessions.

You will participate in 40-hour RBT training and ongoing mentorship while contributing to a welcoming clinic that celebrates each child's strengths and promotes growth through joyful, child-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred: 40-hour RBT training completed.
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
