IVI RMA GLOBAL in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our new Paramus location opening in the fall; training starts in Englewood.

The Clinical Assistant will support physicians and the clinical team with patient care, phlebotomy, and ultrasound documentation, ensuring high-quality service and a positive patient experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30am–1:30pm with rotating Sundays in Englewood.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings

Responsibilities

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures
• Follow proper protocols for all procedures
• Practice phlebotomy
• Accurately document ultrasound measurements and provider comments
• Chaperone ultrasounds and use appropriate templates
• Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol
• Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Specimen collection and processing for in-house/outside labs
• Enter results and email to provider team for review
• Provide patients with information and reassurance before/during/after procedures
