Job summary

Enabli Health in the United States seeks a Clinical Assistant to join our patient-facing care team at on-site clinics. You will work directly with doctors, assist with procedures, take vitals, and help manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.

The role offers paid training through Scribe University, flexible full- or part-time options, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth along with tuition discounts on select programs. A high school diploma and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Preferred Dermatology experience with ModMed (EMR) knowledge
• BLS Certification
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (you’ll be provided one after training but need your own for training)

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors to room patients
• Assist with procedure setup
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services
• Manage patient flow, and support everything from check-in to discharge
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital
• Provide other duties as needed.
