Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our on-site care team. You’ll work directly with doctors and patients across clinics and departments, gaining hands-on clinical experience and logging hundreds of patient contacts while training through our industry-leading program.

No experience required; training provided, with opportunities for full-time or part-time roles. We value patient care, teamwork, and ongoing development for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations may be required.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours daily.
• Access to a laptop (training provided; you’ll need your own for training).

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors to room patients.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow, and support everything from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.
