Job summary

Enabli Health is offering on-site Clinical Assistant roles that provide hands-on clinical exposure with doctor support and patient interaction. You will log hours, learn clinical skills, and receive mentorship through a structured training program as you work across clinics and hospitals nationwide.

These roles require a high school diploma, English fluency, and flexibility to cover various shifts. On-site work with comprehensive benefits and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule availability to cover clinic hours.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for extended periods.
• Proof of vaccinations may be required by some sites.

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors and assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing and take vitals.
• Support patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders to aid care.
• Explain procedures and obtain patient consent.
• Provide referral orders and transition care as needed.
• Support the care team across departments.
