Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a hands-on Clinical Assistant to work in diverse healthcare settings, from clinics to emergency departments. You will gain hundreds of patient-contact hours, learn clinical skills, and receive mentorship and physician shadowing while training through our paid program.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time options, with on-site work and opportunities for career growth across multiple locations in the network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills are required.
• Flexible schedule availability is needed.
• Ability to stand, sit and use a computer for several hours daily.
• Access to a laptop is required for training and work.

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals and phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders to guide patient care.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders and transition care as needed.
• Support duties as required.
