Job summary

Enabli Health seeks a hands-on Clinical Assistant to support care teams in clinics and hospitals. You will room patients, prep procedures, perform vitals and phlebotomy, and help manage patient flow from check-in to discharge. Training is provided and full-time/part-time options exist.

You will gain direct patient contact hours, mentorship, and strong letters of recommendation while developing clinical skills that admissions committees value for health career pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (provided after training but needed for training)

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors to room patients
• Assist with procedure setup
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services
• Manage patient flow, and support everything from check-in to discharge
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to guide patient care
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent
• Provide referral orders
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital
