Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a hands-on Clinical Assistant to support patient care in clinics, hospitals, and specialty practices across the U.S. You will gain hundreds of hours of direct patient contact and develop clinical skills relevant to healthcare careers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations may be required.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours daily.
• Access to a laptop (provided for training, bring your own for training).

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors to room patients.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow, support from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.
