Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a hands-on Clinical Assistant to support patient care in diverse healthcare settings. You’ll work with doctors to room patients, assist with procedures, and help manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.

The role offers real-life clinical exposure, a paid training program, mentorship, and options for full-time or part-time schedules across multiple locations. Training includes Scribe University and clinical instruction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.
• Access to a laptop (provided after training but need your own for training).

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors to room patients.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow, and support everything from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.
