Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our on-site care teams across clinics and hospitals. This role offers hands-on experience, patient-facing duties, and a pathway to advanced healthcare education through our training programs.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth, with both full-time and part-time positions available. A laptop is provided after training, and eligibility for tuition discounts applies depending on location and program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proof of vaccinations may be required.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing and take vitals.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.
