Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our on-site care teams across various clinics and hospitals. You will work directly with patients and providers, assisting with rooming, procedures, and patient flow while gaining hands-on clinical exposure.

The role emphasizes patient-centered communication, support for care teams, and the opportunity for paid training through our programs. Flexible full- and part-time options available with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders to guide care.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.
