Enabli Health, a nationwide clinical training and placement provider, seeks a hands-on Clinical Assistant to join its on-site care teams. You will work directly with patients and providers across clinics, hospitals, and specialty practices, logging hours, and gaining exposure that supports future healthcare education goals.

The role emphasizes no experience required, paid training through Scribe University, real-life clinical exposure, and clear paths for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.
• Access to a laptop (you’ll be provided one after training but need your own for training).

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors to room patients.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.
