Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking an on-site Clinical Assistant to join a nationwide care team. You will work directly with patients and healthcare providers in clinics and hospitals, assisting with patient rooming, procedure setup, and care coordination.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided, along with real clinical exposure, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders.
• Explain procedures and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Support transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Other duties as needed.
