Job summary

Enabli Health seeks a Clinical Assistant to join its patient-facing care teams across diverse settings. You will work closely with physicians to room patients, assist with procedures, and support timely patient flow from check-in to discharge.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, and fluent in English. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (you’ll be provided one after training but need your own for training)

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.
