Job summary

Hudson Dermatology and Laser Surgery is seeking an Experienced Dermatology Clinical Assistant Manager for their Hudson Yards location. The role blends clinical support for dermatology procedures with leadership of a nine-person MA team.

You will train staff, implement policies, assist physicians, manage inventory and budgets, and help expand locations with the COO in a fast-growing, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of medical assistant experience MUST.
• 1 year of Cosmetic dermatology experience required.
• Bachelor's degree minimum (education requirement).

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Dermatologist in all procedures/Cosmetic experience is a must.
• Managing clinical department fully (team of 9 MAs).
• Providing top-notch customer service and care to the patients.
• Phlebotomy.
• Inventory Management and Budgeting for it.
• Compiling medical records, prescriptions, PAs, clinical patient needs, and charts.
• Training MAs from scratch.
• Serving as a Liaison between Providers and Management.
• Developing and Implementing policies/SOPs.
• Launching additional locations with COO.
• Team player/pleasant personality/comfortable with constructive criticism/Organized/detail oriented/able to resolve conflicts and move on quickly.

Hudson Dermatology & Laser Surgery is hiring an Experienced Dermatology Clinical Assistant Manager for their location in Hudson Yards. Our office has now 2 floors where one of them is a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology, and the second one which will be open in October is a Longevity suite/Cosmetic Research Institute. Our office is fast growing, pretty challenging to manage as it requires multi-tasking, easy adaptability to many changes at once but overall, we try to do all we can to have a very warm/friendly environment that encourages personal growth.

Dr. Chelsea Hoffman is a Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery expert with Fellowship specifically in lasers. Dr. Rishi Chopra is a Harvard-trained Laser expert who specializes in Cosmetic Dermatology including all invasive laser treatments, scar revision and all types of injectables.
