Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a full-time Clinical Assistant to support physicians, nurses, and staff in delivering compassionate patient care within a fertility practice.

You will perform blood draws, document histories, manage EMR data, coordinate schedules and sterilize instruments while upholding HIPAA and patient-centered service.

A Medical Assistant certification and at least 2 years of MA experience are required; experience in women's health and phlebotomy is a plus.

Qualifications

• MA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years Medical Assistant experience.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and blood draw experience.
• HIPAA knowledge and patient confidentiality commitment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients throughout visits to create a positive experience.
• Document patient histories, vital signs, and clinical data.
• Perform blood draws and assist with phlebotomy in on-site lab.
• Assist physicians during examinations and fertility procedures.
• Coordinate clinic workflow, schedules, appointments, and procedures.
• Prepare patient charts by gathering lab results and medical records.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and flow sheets.
• Track pregnancy outcomes and assist with reporting.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and restock examination rooms.
• Escort patients and provide compassionate assistance.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless care.
