Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Basking Ridge, NJ is hiring a Clinical Assistant for a 6-month, full-time role with a 5:30am-1:30pm schedule and rotating weekends/holidays. You will assist physicians, perform phlebotomy, document ultrasound findings, and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

You should have a Certified Medical Assistant program and at least 6 months of experience in a physician practice; prior women’s health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare is preferred.
• Completion of CMA program preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures.
• Practice phlebotomy and specimen handling.
• Document ultrasound measurements and chaperone ultrasounds.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock examination areas.
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory and EMR documentation.
• Provide patient information and support before, during, and after procedures.
