Job summary

IVI RMA North America is seeking a full-time Clinical Assistant in Englewood, NJ. The role supports physicians and the clinical team, performing patient care tasks and documenting procedures.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 5:30am–1:30pm with Sunday rotation, requiring flexibility for weekends, holidays, and some evenings. Ideal candidates have a Certified Medical Assistant program, at least 6 months of physician-practice MA experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred
• Studies level: Certification
• Studies area: Nursing/healthcare assistant
• Studies area: Phlebotomy Program
• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel – required
• EMR experience - preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures
• Follow proper protocols for all procedures
• Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds
• Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol
• Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories
• Manage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results. Enter results and email to provider team for review
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures

Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly

IVI RMA North America is looking for a full-time Clinical Assistant for our Englewood, NJ location. This position works Monday-Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm with Sunday rotation.

The Clinical Assistant will promote and restore patients’ health by assisting in the nursing process and supporting physicians and other multidisciplinary team members with hands-on patient care. You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high-quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
