Job summary

Life Consultants Inc. seeks a Clinical Assessor to evaluate potential clients for services, coordinating with social workers to ensure compliant processes and best outcomes.

This full-time in-office role requires a Master’s or PhD in Behavioral Health / Social Services and Virginia licensure eligibility. The position emphasizes intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and service authorizations, with staff scheduling and ongoing progress follow-up, while maintaining confidentiality and quality

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Behavioral Health/ Social Services.
• Must be registered or eligible for registry with Virginia Board of Counseling.
• Meet Virginia State criteria for LMHP/LMHP-E.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and service authorizations.
• Schedule/assign staff to clients and follow up on progress toward goals.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to policies; conduct audits.
