Job summary

Milestone LLC in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a part-time clinical assessor licensed or under supervision to conduct initial screenings and assessments. The role develops the initial treatment plan and coordinates subsequent care with clinicians and leadership.

Responsibilities include delivering assessments, QA audits of records, and potential direct service delivery within expertise. Regular staff meetings are expected as part of collaborative care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed or under supervision of a licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, or licensed psychologist).
• Experience conducting initial screening, intake, and diagnostic impressions.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments for prospective clients.
• Provide initial screening, intake, and diagnostic impressions.
• Complete initial treatment plan identifying services needed.
• Coordinate care with other clinicians, Executive Director, and team lead.
• Conduct monthly quality assurance audits to ensure client records are complete.
• Attend staff meetings regularly.
• Assist in direct delivery of services within area of expertise as needed.
