Job summary
Precision Medicine Group seeks an Associate Scientist to advance cellular assay development, validation, and execution. The role requires a Tuesday through Saturday schedule to support cellular activities and maintain operations in a CLIA/CAP/ISO-aligned environment.
You will design experiments, analyze data, and help develop SOPs while ensuring safety and quality standards. The candidate will lead with mammalian cell culture, perform neutralizing antibody assays, present data, and collaborate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in a relevant laboratory.
- Master's degree with at least 2 years in a relevant laboratory.
- Degree in chemical/biological/clinical/medical sciences or medical technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform Neutralizing Antibody Assay and other immunocellular assays.
- Design and perform experiments; analyze and present data.
- Maintain and improve SOP documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine scientific issues.
- Update and implement emerging laboratory techniques.
- Ensure safe lab practices and environment.
- Collaborate with technical teams and support equipment qualifications.
- Monitor project expenses.
