Job summary

The Coquille Indian Tribe is seeking a Clinical Applications Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver training for clinical systems and the EHR across Ko-Kwel Wellness Center. You will design curricula, create materials, and support staff with Dragon Medical/Dragon Speak, Navis, Quest, Dexis, Methasoft, and other interfaces to ensure proficient daily use.

Travel to clinics is required; the role requires collaboration with the ESA team, IT, and clinical leadership, delivering hands-on support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus minimum of 3 years in training, technical support, or healthcare information systems.
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining clinical staff training programs.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Train staff on EHR and clinical applications across departments.
Design, maintain, and update training materials and curricula.
Collaborate with ESA, IT, and leadership to troubleshoot system issues and plan upgrades.
Provide hands-on support during go‑lives and new technology implementations.
Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback.
