Job summary

Center for Human Development seeks a Technology Analyst – Clinical Applications to join the Enterprise Applications Platform team in our Springfield, MA corporate office. This full-time, on-site role focuses on translating clinical business requirements into robust application solutions, overseeing EMR/Patient Portal/Telehealth configurations, and collaborating with HRIS stakeholders across departments.

The position requires 1–3 years of systems analysis experience with UKG or related HRIS, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of systems analysis and configurations experience with UKG or related HRIS, Blackbaud and grant management applications.
• Ability to pass a CORI and driving record background check.
• Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
• Ability to keep information confidential.

Responsibilities

• Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations for EMR/Patient Portal/Telehealth applications and assist with auditing needs.
• Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes and promote the implementation and adoption of new modules for clinical systems.
• Design, direct and perform analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues and assess feasibility of proposed system solutions.
• Convert manual business processes into workflows and complete design of technical requirements for the application/solution.
• Serve as the contact for HR data and systems for internal stakeholders (HR, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS vendors).
• Collaborate with PMO and training teams for projects and end-user documentation.
