Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist in Arkansas to support, configure, and optimize our EHR, PACS, Pharmacy, Lab, and other clinical applications. You will analyze clinical needs, implement system solutions, and provide ongoing end-user support to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

The role requires coordinating with clinical staff and IT, training users, and assisting with reporting while maintaining data accuracy and system security.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or licensed nursing credentials (LPN or higher).
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with the most current technologies and products utilized in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical and operational needs and recommend solutions.
• Configure and maintain workflows, templates, orders, charges, schedules, and related system components.
• Ensure consistency and maintainability of clinical systems per standards and procedures.
• Troubleshoot system, workflow, and data issues across clinical systems.
