Clinical Applications Specialist- Anesthesia & Respiratory Care

This role involves delivering Patient Care Solutions (PCS) clinical and operational expertise by providing education and training support for monitoring products to clinical end-users. The specialist will facilitate evidence-based practice, support customer experience, and assist the commercial teams from pre-sale to post-implementation through effective outcome-based education and training.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing product, clinical, and software knowledge within a specific PCS modality.
• Providing pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions.
• Developing and delivering clinical training in partnership with customers.
• Collaborating with sales, project management, and service teams to coordinate customer training.
• Driving revenue through on-site or remote clinical education.
• Maintaining documentation and providing ongoing support post-installation.
• Managing travel and lodging budgets efficiently.
• Building strong customer relationships and communicating product or customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license with 3-5 years ICU experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively (80+%) within US and Canada.
• Proficiency in Windows applications and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Willing to undergo background checks, drug screening, and meet site access requirements including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Preferably residing in Southern Wisconsin or Northern Illinois.
