Clinical Applications Specialist- Anesthesia & Respiratory Care

Join to apply for the Clinical Applications Specialist- Anesthesia & Respiratory Care role at GE HealthCare.

This role involves delivering Patient Care Solutions (PCS) clinical and operational expertise by providing education and training on monitoring products to clinical end-users. The specialist will facilitate evidence-based practice, support customer experience, and assist the commercial team from pre-sale to post-implementation through effective outcome-based education and training.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within a specific PCS modality.
  • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to optimize equipment performance.
  • Provide pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers.
  • Develop and deliver clinical training in partnership with customers, aligned with sales agreements.
  • Coordinate training delivery with sales, project management, and other teams.
  • Drive revenue through on-site or remote clinical education.
  • Complete documentation related to training activities timely and comprehensively.
  • Offer ongoing post-installation support and training for existing customers.
  • Maintain customer relationships and communicate concerns or opportunities to relevant teams.
  • Manage travel and lodging budgets efficiently.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills, prioritizing integrity and user outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license with 3-5 years ICU experience.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80+%) within US and Canada.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications and web-based tools.
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific software and provide digital training.
  • Willing to undergo background checks, drug screening, and meet credentialing requirements, including immunizations and COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Ability to work remotely or from an office, ideally residing in Southern Wisconsin or Northern Illinois.

Our total rewards include competitive salary, benefits, and career development opportunities. The salary range for U.S. positions is $89,600 to $134,400 annually, dependent on experience and location. Additional incentives may include bonuses and long-term incentives.
